1. Services Provided
We offer health and wellness coaching services designed to support individuals in improving their lifestyle, wellbeing, and performance.
Services may include:
• One-on-one health coaching

• Ongoing support through a membership model
All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Membership Terms
Membership Options:
• Monthly recurring plans
• Prepaid plans (e.g. 3, 6, or 12 months)
Minimum Commitment:
There is no minimum contract beyond the current billing period.
Cancellation Policy:
• Monthly Memberships: You may cancel at any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
• Prepaid Memberships: You may cancel at any time. The service will remain active until the end of the prepaid period.
Important: Payments for prepaid memberships are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the end of the term.
No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

3. Refund & Dispute Policy
All coaching services and memberships are sold as final and non-refundable unless required by applicable EU consumer protection law.
If you believe there has been an error in billing or service delivery, you may submit a request for review. We will assess all reasonable refund or correction requests in good faith.

4. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, promotional offers or discount codes may be made available.
• Promotions are valid only during the published campaign period.
• Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Payments & Invoicing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Invoices are issued in HUF or EUR, depending on client location and preference.
As a Hungarian sole proprietor, services are invoiced under VAT exemption (alanyi adómentesség) in accordance with local tax law.

6. Consumer Rights
In accordance with EU law, you may have the right to withdraw from a contract entered into online within 14 days. However, this right does not apply once a digital service has been fully delivered or begun with your consent.

• For active clients: data is retained for the duration of service + 5 years (tax requirement)
• For non-clients: data is securely deleted after 12 months unless required for legal compliance
